National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organization for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India. 2. Qualification: MBA

a) Desired Candidate Profile: Education

i) UG:B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

ii) PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for Corporate B2B sales and new business development for NPCI products/services

2. Manage and grow business in the existing accounts as well as sourcing new corporate accounts

3. Align and manage internal stakeholders within Products and Technology to create momentum and drive the business.

4. Develop sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.

5. Execute Sales Framework to identify corporate needs and oversee the delivery of solutions that address those needs.

6. Construct strategic partnership with corporates and ensure overall delivery of payment solutions to them.

7. Analyze corporate’s business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.

8. Responsible for P&L management and results.

9. Serve as the expert and advocate for the payments landscape to identify and understand the opportunities, challenges and potential priorities to establish mutually beneficial partnerships/commercial relationships.
